How do you improve upon the humble Big Mac?
Why, you make it even BIGGER of course.
If you’ve always lamented how two 1.6 oz beef patties served in a three-part sesame seed bun is not quite enough Big Mac , then rejoice.
From tomorrow, fans of the Big Mac will be able to go even larger and get a Grand Big Mac, which will be roughly the same height as the original but wider.
It almost sounds terrifying, doesn’t it?
That’s not all the good news for burger-lovers – McDonald’s are also releasing the Mac Jr, which is a tamer version of the Big Mac for those of us who don’t have hollow legs.
According to BurgerLad , the new additions will hit stores around Britain tomorrow to celebrate the infamous burger’s 50 birthday.
As ever, there is some bad news.
The Grand Big Mac won’t be around forever and will only be on sale until March 20, says BurgerLad.
Not only that, but we’re WAY behind the curve.
The bigger burger has already made its debut in America, Spain and the Netherlands last year as part of a trial – which it passed with flying colours.
Naturally, fans are practically salivating at the thought of the Grand Big Mac.
So for the Big Mac lovers out there, bonne appetite for tomorrow!
