Natasha Hamilton has sparked rumours she’s split with fiancé Charles Gay after sharing an emotional post to Instagram.
The former Atomic Kitten singer posted a broken-hearted emoji alongside a quote that suggested someone she cared about had ‘given up’ on her.
Mum-of-four Natasha and Charles got engaged in New York just months into their romance.
Natasha, 35, even spoke about her hopes to have her fifth child with Charles during an interview with OK! Magazine as they planned their ‘£50,000 Ibiza wedding.’
But now rumours are rife their engagement is off, and it’s all down to Natasha’s latest social media outpouring.
“Don’t feel sad over someone who gave up on you, feel sorry for them because they gave up on someone who would have never given up on them,” read the emotional quote shared by Natasha.
While Natasha is yet to comment directly, fans immediately began to speculate the girlband star’s relationship with Charles had hit the rocks.
“Hope you’re okay…break ups suck,” one follower told her.
“What’s happened? I hope this doesn’t mean your relationship is over you are perfect “together,” moaned one.
A third added: “Have been there and it’s soul destroying but my beautiful children have kept me strong and I’m sure yours will too.”
The popstar is already mother to sons Josh, 14, Harry, 12, Alfie, six, and daughter Ella, two, from four previous relationships.
She’s faced cruel jibes in the past for being a ‘4×4 mum’ and appeared on ITV’s This Morning last year for a heartbreaking interview in which she revealed her teenage son had been bullied over the description.
Natasha and Charles revealed to OK last year that they’d waited six months before introducing the children to Charles and now they all get on “brilliantly” with their future stepdad.
“I come from a big, close family and I’ve always wanted loads of kids,” said Charles.
“It was very important to us both that I didn’t meet them until everyone was happy and we were sure our relationship was going somewhere. Tash is a great mum.”
Natasha added: “I told him about the kids straight away so he always knew they were a part of my life.”
The couple said Charles didn’t let the children know he was going to propose to their mum – he didn’t tell anyone at all about his plans to get down on one knee.
“They were very excited when we told them [we were engaged], though,” he said.
Mirror Online has contacted representatives of Natasha for comment.
