Great British Bake Off fans were left heartbroken after the much-loved show’s move to Channel 4 resulted in the loss of Mary Berry, Sue Perkins and Mel Giedroyc.
But tonight, viewers will be reminded of some of the magical chemistry that made the programme so special.
This evening, the trio will reunite to throw a festive party on Mary, Mel And Sue’s Big Christmas Thank You on BBC.
The programme, which airs tonight at 7pm on BBC One, sees them head to a small village (Prentre) in South Wales in a bid to throw a great Christmas party.

While Mary cooks a meal, Mel and Sue help to spruce up the community centre.
The village has fallen on hard times in recent months after the local school and post office were shut down. As a result, a group of volunteers have set up a new community centre.
Mary, Mel and Sue are keen to give them an extra special Christmas – and are hoping that a festive feast will do the trick.
Last year, Channel 4 purchased Bake Off for £75million in a move that shocked fans of the show.
Paul Hollywood decided to stick with the show, produced by Love Productions, but Mary, Mel and Sue left as they stayed loyal to the BBC.
Since quitting the show, Mary has starred in a number of BBC cooking shows while Mel has hosted talent shows such as Let It Shine and Pitch Battle.
